Our default shipping service is the US Postal Service (Priority Mail) which takes 1-3 business days
depending on your location in the US. Your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days after you
receive an emailed confirmation by “Panaca Jane” (Dingo Gear) of your order. We will make all efforts
to ship your order within 1-3 business days of receipt. During the holidays our order processing time
may increase. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and
local tax laws.
Please note that we do backorder sometimes do to the size of our operation. The system will give you an
option to keep ordering or to cancel the order and try again at a later time in form of a “not in stock”
warning. If you chose to continue with the order, expect an additional 12 days until your order ships.

For orders shipped outside of the United States, your order will be shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail.
Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. The order total
does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes
or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation
policies before ordering.

The bottom line is we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, for any reason,
send it back. We will refund your money. Please do so within 10 days of receipt, and, by all means,
let us know why you were dissatisfied. We do ask that you pay to ship it back, but that is negotiable
if we messed up somehow. The returned product should be in its original condition or as close as possible.
In order to get you money refunded we ask you to follow our return procedure:
You must contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain authorization for a return. You must
notify us within 10 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a full-cost return or
exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, your item will quality for store credit
at diminished value.
If you received your item and need to exchange the size, please follow the steps above and return item with original receipt, new size specification, and a check for appropriate shipping cost back out to you (we can assist in determining cost of shipping during authorization.)
Pack your item(s) in shipping box or envelope and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
- Items must be returned in a new, unworn and unwashed condition. Original tags must still be attached.
- Include original invoice & specify reason for return on invoice.
- We do not refund shipping costs on returns/exchanges unless there was a processing error on our behalf.
If such an error occurs we will refund cost of shipping. Otherwise, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
